Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, j7c77 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including Real Money Balance, where that balance is reasonably connected to the breach in question (for example, winnings derived from fraudulent play or bonus abuse). Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Player breach — such as a voluntary closure or a regulatory requirement — any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
